By accessing or using rito.repair ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of service
rito.repair is a marketplace that connects users who need repair services with users who offer repair services. We provide the platform and tools; we are not a party to any repair agreement between users. All arrangements, payments, and work are between the requester and the repairer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
User conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You will not post false or misleading information, harass others, or use the platform for fraud or illegal activity. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that your repair activities comply with applicable laws.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform. Our brand, design, and software remain our property; you may not copy or misuse them without permission.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any repair service or user conduct. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions between users. You use the platform at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, rito.repair and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.
